Job summary

Purely Elizabeth in Boulder, CO is seeking a Project Manager to drive commercialization initiatives across R&D, operations, and marketing, ensuring on-time launches and cost efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage project plans, BOMs, packaging briefs, and master data, while reporting to the Director of Commercialization.

Remote with travel and hybrid in-office schedule. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years PM experience in CPG food manufacturing, proficiency with Asana/Smartsheet,

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in a CPG environment preferred.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across R&D, operations, marketing, and supply chain.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project lifecycle with plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Manage administrative tasks including BOMs, packaging briefs, and master data setup.
• Facilitate cross-functional work sessions and document key decisions.
