Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Project Management Office professional to ensure flawless delivery of new product development, sustainability initiatives, and other key projects. You will work under a Sr. Manager to lead project teams and deliver on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to collaborate across multicultural teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field is required.
• CAPM certification preferred [not required].
• At least 3 years of work experience in CPG and/or food manufacturing is a plus.
• Results-oriented team player who thrives in a diverse, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Build project plans and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
• Lead and organize cross-functional project teams.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and deviations to stakeholders.
• Measure KPIs and conduct post-project reviews for continuous improvement.
• Support team members to encourage collaboration and ensure project success.
