Job summary

Fit + Fresh Inc. is seeking a Project Management professional to lead multiple product lines from initiation through production to retail.

You will negotiate optimal pricing with global factories and US vendors, ensure timelines are met, and manage several projects independently while identifying risks and bottlenecks and proposing solutions. You will lead cross-functional teams, develop schedules, monitor progress, and maintain accurate reports.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in business or technical area preferred, or equivalent.
• 4-6 years Project Management experience within the CPG industry.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience preferred (VLOOKUP, PivotTable etc).
• Strong negotiation skills and knowledge of CPG cost structure.
• Quality Assurance knowledge and familiarity with retail partners a plus.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Asana, Monday.com.
• Excellent planning, analytical and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor development processes with cross functional teams and external partners.
• Create schedules, prioritize activities, and suggest improvements to reduce timelines.
• Raise schedule risks and provide recommendations to the Project Lead.
• Facilitate development meetings and communicate action plans.
• Maintain blockers list and drive resolution with teams.
• Coordinate with operations to anticipate delays and adjust plans.
• Develop and maintain management reports with accurate data.
• Understand retail account requirements (pack sizes, shelf & packaging).
• Ensure programs comply with industry regulations, safety standards and policies.
• Monitor budgets and resource allocation across projects.
• Foster strong relationships with internal teams, vendors and partners.
