Job summary

good2grow is seeking a Project Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology. You will turn big ideas into clear plans, keep work on track, and communicate progress with candor.

The role requires 5–8 years of PM experience in a fast-paced CPG environment, with strong skills in tools like Asana, Smartsheet, and MS Project. Hybrid work and travel expected, in Atlanta area.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience in CPG or fast-paced growth environments.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand or Marketing, Finance, and Technology.
• Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous projects and drive decisions forward.
• Strong proficiency with project management tools (Asana/Smartsheet/MS Project) and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Operations, Product Development, Brand, Finance, and Technology from kickoff to completion.
• Define scope, goals, milestones, owners, and dependencies; keep projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain a consolidated view of major initiatives, status, resources, and investment; inform leadership for prioritization.
