Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-year degree in Project Management, Business, or related field, or two years of experience in project coordination.
• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Wrike.
• Knowledge of food regulatory compliance is a plus.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and closing CPG projects across development and commercialization.
• Compile project information for the commercialization team during setup and launch.
• Create and monitor detailed project timelines and track deliverables.
• Provide information to ensure effective communication with sales and customers.
• Prepare project documentation including scope, status reports, and timelines.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and escalate issues as needed.
• Support procurement and logistics for project materials and scheduling.
• Coordinate with Regulatory to ensure FDA/USDA compliance for new products.
• Assist in post-project evaluations and continuous improvement.
