Job summary

Woof is seeking a Product Development Project Manager to oversee innovation and new product launches. You will manage day-to-day tasks, interface with suppliers, maintain timelines, and coordinate development schedules with stakeholders to meet deadlines and documentation needs.

The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of CPG execution experience, familiarity with extrusion, molding, packaging development, and working with overseas vendors. This is a hybrid role in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of product development experience in CPG with a track record of bringing products to life.
• Experience from concept to prototyping, design, and production.
• Familiarity with overseas vendors and packaging development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build reliable product execution plans with timelines for design, testing, sampling, packaging and production.
• Direct stakeholders to ensure on-track progress of PD projects.
• Liaise with external suppliers for sampling, testing and scale-up.
• Bridge design and creative teams for packaging execution.
• Coordinate design revisions to deliver top-quality products.
• Report timing and obstacles to leadership and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, ops to assign PD tasks.
• Evaluate prototypes, production samples, and finished products for quality.
• Create and maintain project and product documentation.
