Job summary

Bel Brands is seeking a Project Manager to lead new product development initiatives and sustainability projects within the Project Management Office. You will guide cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within budget, while maintaining documentation and stakeholder alignment.

The role emphasizes empathy, adaptability, and a data-driven approach to drive continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years in a fast-paced CPG environment, strong communication, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Supply Chain/Operations Management, Business Management, or related field is required.
• CAPM certification preferred but not required.
• At least 3 years of work experience in CPG/food manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and document project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and coordinate tasks.
• Communicate updates, risks, and deviations to stakeholders.
• Track performance using KPIs and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and support to team members to ensure project success.
