The role drives product development from concept to launch, coordinating with suppliers, Global Sourcing, Product Quality, and Supply Chain to keep initiatives on schedule and aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in product development or related fields, with strong project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in product development, PM, category management, sourcing, or related.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage multiple projects with cross-functional teams to meet timelines.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Global Sourcing, Product Quality, and Supply Chain.
• Develop and maintain product/category strategies and ROI analyses.
• Establish timelines with third-party engineering and manufacturing partners.
• Prepare executive-ready presentations for stakeholders and customers.
