Job summary

Skidmore Studio in Minnesota is seeking an Account Director to partner with clients, PMs, and a world-class creative team to drive strategic branding for CPG brands and deliver measurable growth.

You will lead client meetings, nurture relationships, uncover opportunities, and collaborate with business development to close scopes from discovery to kickoff, while keeping projects on schedule and on budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience in CPG branding.
• Strong client-facing relationship-building skills.
• Excellent presentation and coordination abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development and growth of client relationships and be the primary point of contact.
• Lead client meetings, weekly check-ins, and account planning sessions.
• Drive proactive planning, identify opportunities, and pitch recommendations.
• Collaborate with business development to close new scopes and kick-offs.
• Coordinate with project managers, creative, and production to keep timelines and budgets.
