Skidmore Studio is seeking an Account Director to partner with clients, project managers, and a world-class creative team to drive real value. The role demands 10+ years in CPG branding and a strong track record in client relationships and strategic leadership.

The ideal candidate will lead client meetings, shape strategy, and collaborate with our business development team to grow scopes and kick off projects. On-site in Wisconsin with a collaborative studio culture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of agency experience in CPG branding or brand management.
• Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills in account management or business development.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, and coordination abilities.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or equivalent experiential background.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and growth of client relationships as the primary contact.
• Prepare and run client meetings, weekly check-ins, and account planning.
• Identify opportunities, propose recommendations, and drive proactive planning.
• Collaborate with business development to close new scopes and kick-off projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, creative teams, and production to keep projects on time and budget.
• Contribute to brainstorming, creative briefings, and strategic planning.
• Advocate for clients and manage conflict to build trust.
