Skidmore Studio in Minnesota seeks an Account Director to partner with clients, project managers and the creative team to deliver branding for consumer packaged goods. You will lead client relationships, set expectations, and present strategic plans.

The role requires 10+ years of agency experience in CPG, strong presentation and communication skills, and a team-first mindset. You'll collaborate across disciplines, drive growth opportunities, and help move projects from scope to kickoff.

Qualifications

• CPG experience is a must! We need 10+ years of relevant agency experience, or the equivalent in brand management/marketing roles specifically with CPG brands

Responsibilities

• Be the Ultimate Partner: Oversee the development and growth of extraordinary client relationships.
• Run the Show: Prep for, and lead all client meetings, weekly check-ins, and account planning sessions like a pro.
• Grow the Business: Build strong relationships by setting clear expectations, delivering work that exceeds expectations, and keeping conversations engaging.
