Job summary

Skidmore Studio is seeking an Account Director to partner with clients, project managers and our creative team to deliver strategic branding for CPG brands. You will lead client relationships, run meetings, and collaborate across disciplines to drive growth and close new opportunities while ensuring projects stay on time and on budget.

You will be a team-first leader dedicated to delivering real value for clients and collaborating with a world‑class creative crew.

Qualifications

10+ years of relevant agency experience in CPG branding or brand management.
Client-facing and relationship-building experience in account management, planning, sales, or business development.
Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, business, or related field.

Responsibilities

Oversee development and growth of client relationships; primary contact; lead strategically on behalf of clients.
Lead client meetings, weekly check-ins, and account planning sessions.
Drive proactive planning, uncover new project opportunities, and pitch recommendations to help clients hit goals.
Partner with business development to close new opportunities and kick-off projects; pursue new scopes with clients.
Coordinate with project managers, creative, and production teams to keep projects on time and budget.
Contribute to brainstorms, briefs, and strategic planning for clients.
Advocate for clients and manage conflict resolution to grow trust in relationships.
