Job summary

Fractal seeks a senior consultant lead to embed within a client's analytics and reporting organization in a CPG-focused engagement. You will drive structure, visibility, and momentum across internal and vendor teams while guiding transitions to leaner, automated processes.

Strong analytics, AI fluency, and consulting judgment are essential. The role emphasizes advising leadership on operating-model decisions, coordinating across vendors, and delivering practical automation recommendations.

Qualifications

• CPG consulting experience is essential.
• Strong data understanding and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into decisions.
• Hands-on Power BI experience (building and interpreting reports/dashboards).
• Working understanding of Machine Learning concepts and their practical applications.
• Experience with Agentic AI / agentic solution design and implementation.
• Strong program management capabilities across cross-functional, multi-vendor teams.

Responsibilities

• Understand current reality: assess barriers to adopting the new org structure and map leadership time.
• Create visibility: standardize work tracking and priorities across internal and vendor teams.
• Simplify & optimize: recommend what to start/stop/continue and how to automate; prevent burnout.
• Build for the future: assess skills gaps and accelerate knowledge transfer; shape AI-driven processes.
