You will partner with executives to redesign decision-making, improve operations, and unlock value through AI-driven insights. Extensive experience in supply chain domains and a strong executive presence are required.

You will shape AI accelerators, develop transformation roadmaps, and lead cross-functional consulting teams while growing Fractal's supply chain practice.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior client executives on transforming end-to-end supply chain using AI and digital technologies.
• Lead strategic transformation initiatives across demand planning, supply planning, S&OP/IBP, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and fulfillment.
• Develop AI roadmaps, business cases, and ROI assessments for transformations.
