• Manages inventory control processes with vendors to ensure care plans are executed.
• Educates patients on product information, use, and maintenance.
• Coordinates equipment data management and analysis.
• Supports billing and insurance processes related to DME care plans.
• Delivers timely, accurate compliance information to providers.
