• 5–7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance, with proven success originating transactions above $5M.
• Strong understanding of capital stacks and loan structures.
• Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills.

• Drive market growth and originations for CPACE financing opportunities.
• Engage Managing Directors to enhance deal-making efforts.
• Support large asset acquisition efforts as needed.
