PACE Equity Finance helps commercial real estate owners access capital through CPACE financing, supporting development, renovation, and recapitalization while improving project economics and advancing sustainability.

The Market Leader will originate and close CPACE financing opportunities with developers, owners, brokers, and industry partners, building a strong local presence and leveraging networks to generate business across national markets in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate development, finance, lending, construction finance, or capital markets.
• Proven track record of originating deals and building relationships with developers, owners, brokers, lenders, and investors.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, capital stacks, underwriting, and development projects.
• Motivated to build a pipeline both locally and across broader markets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and business development skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently.
• Passion for sustainability and innovative financing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close C-PACE financing opportunities with CRE developers, owners, brokers, and partners.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and generate opportunities via networks, referrals, and industry engagement.
• Develop and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, owners, lenders, and investors.
• Conduct discovery and present proposals, overcoming objections.
• Negotiate terms and close commitments with clients and internal teams.
• Manage client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead market origination by leveraging differentiators and regional networks to build brand presence.
