Qualifikationen

• CPA is required.
• Strong GAAP knowledge for US GAAP and audit readiness.
• Public accounting background with significant audit experience.
• Proven track record developing internal controls and accounting procedures.
• ERP systems experience with implementations (Dynamics 365 BC a plus).
• Manufacturing/cost accounting experience preferred.

• Design and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Lead ERP transition from QuickBooks to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Map the chart of accounts to align with business processes.
• Ensure financial operations align with US GAAP and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with leadership to build scalable finance infrastructure.
