You will lead a staff, collaborate with unit controllers, and drive process improvements across ERP systems and internal controls.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of accounting leadership, a strong grasp of GAAP, and hands-on experience with ERP and banking platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant accounting experience.
• Supervisory or people leadership experience in accounting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and corporate accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly and period-end close processes.
• Oversee balance sheet and general ledger activities.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
• Coordinate with Business Unit Controllers to resolve P&L issues.
• Maintain internal controls over financial transactions.
• Prepare financial statements and support audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Drive process improvements in accounting.
