Job summary

CARE is seeking a Private Sector Engagement and Partnerships Manager to accelerate CP4E adoption, scale, and sustainability across markets. This role leads market development, partnership strategies, and cross-functional coordination to mobilize resources from corporate partners and governments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, international development, international relations, communications, economics, public policy or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive professional experience in corporate partnerships or business development.
• Experience building partnerships with companies or corporate foundations.
• Ability to develop compelling partnership proposals and move opportunities to close.
• Excellent English communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop CP4E commercialization and partnership strategies.
• Build and manage a pipeline of corporate partnership opportunities.
• Coordinate external consultants and regional hub development.
• Prepare proposals, pitches, and reports for partners.
• Engage with governments, NGOs, and private sector actors.
