Job summary

Meridian International Center is seeking a Manager, Operations - Engagement, Growth, & Partnerships to provide hands-on operational support for the EGP team. You will maintain and improve systems, processes, and tools used for programs, business development, partner agreements, reporting, and revenue-generating activity.

The role emphasizes Salesforce data management, reporting, onboarding coordination, and staff training, working with Finance, Communications, and program centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 4+ years of related experience in operations, project coordination, or nonprofit administration.
• Experience using Salesforce or a similar CRM; ability to prepare reports and share systems.
• Proficiency in documenting workflows, templates, trackers, and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Salesforce as a business development, program tracking, and relationship management tool with consistent data entry and workflows.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and trackers to show pipeline activity, partner engagement, deliverables, and data quality.
• Coordinate onboarding for new staff and deliver Salesforce training for staff.
• Draft, review, and file MOUs, contracts, and partner agreements; support budgets and revenue tracking.
• Create and update SOPs, templates, trackers, and shared resources; track action items and decisions across EGP.
