Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of Global Private Sector Strategy 2023–2027 in the United States.
• Develop and execute a fundraising and engagement plan with income targets and pipelines.
• Identify, cultivate, solicit, and close funding agreements with US-based corporate partners and foundations.
• Manage the US private sector fundraising pipeline including qualification, cultivation, proposals, and negotiations.
• Provide timely revenue projections and updates to PSP HQ for governance and prioritization.
• Design fundraising campaigns for priority portfolios and secure multi-year partnerships.
• Prepare funding propositions, investment cases, and donor-tailored materials for US audiences.
• Strengthen stewardship through structured engagement plans and high-quality reporting.
• Coordinate with thematic teams and PSP HQ to align private sector fundraising with priorities.
• Represent IOM to the US business community on due diligence, remedies, and migrant rights.
• Perform such other duties as assigned.
