Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate inquiries within a 21-day window for up to 20 guest rooms per night.
• Optimize room rental charges to maximize revenue.
• Field inquiries and direct calls to Sales Managers with basic hotel information.
• Handle rooming lists, reservation requests, and changes accurately and timely.
• Manage group room blocks, routing, and monitoring pickup numbers.
• Load corporate negotiated rates and maintain records.
• Prepare group letters, VIP requests, and wedding amenities with other departments.
• Create and manage group codes, booking links, and promotional materials.
• Assist with site inspections, client presentations, and hotel events.
• Participate in daily business review and pre-convention meetings.
