The ODP Corporation is seeking a Coworking Manager for its Milwaukie, OR coworking hub. You will partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, tours, and tenant retention while managing daily operations and events.

You will educate retail staff on sales techniques, coordinate local marketing efforts, and engage with external communities to attract prospective clients. Background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Field related studies: Business, Marketing, Community event planning or related.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in retail or sales-driven customer-focused environment.
• Experience in a supervisory/management role within retail.
• Proficient English (verbal and written).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to coach others.

Responsabilités

• Execute coworking sales and revenue plans.
• Present product offerings and service enhancements to members/business owners.
• Educate staff on coworking sales techniques to grow revenue.
• Tailor sales strategies to local market conditions.
• Track KPIs: new members, upgrades, tours, and events.
• Engage with community events to drive awareness and traffic.
• Perform administrative and hospitality tasks to ensure customer satisfaction.
