Job summary

The ODP Corporation is seeking a Coworking Manager to partner with the General Manager to drive traffic, sales, and member satisfaction within the coworking hub. The role includes giving tours, managing the pipeline, and engaging with customers, plus participating in off-site community events to attract prospective clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in related field.
• Experience in a retail environment with management/supervisory duties.
• Fluent English – verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Execute established coworking sales and revenue plans.
• Provide offerings and service enhancements to members.
• Educate staff on sales techniques to grow coworking revenue.
• Tailor sales strategies to local market demands.
• Monitor KPIs: new members, upgrades, fill rate, tours and events.
• Engage with community activities to drive coworking awareness.
• Handle ad-hoc tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
