Job summary

25N Coworking in Waco, TX seeks a Community Manager to lead our hospitality-focused culture, manage member relationships, and drive sales initiatives. You will oversee onboarding, events, and daily operations while championing a welcoming, productive coworking environment.

As the heart of the space, you will coordinate a small team, support member renewals, and collaborate with the corporate team to ensure smooth operations and active community engagement.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in coworking or hospitality leadership
• Proven track record of leading others with empathy towards common goals
• Proficiency with modern collaboration tools (Slack, Asana, HubSpot, Canva)

Responsibilities

• Design community initiatives to develop connections between members and promote participation at events.
• Lead onboarding and off-boarding of members and support retention conversations.
• Manage location sales flows: tours, leads, and billing coordination.
• Coordinate scheduling and coaching for the location team and collaborate with corporate teams.
