Job summary

Heritage Ascent is seeking a Community Manager to support the day-to-day operations, member experience, sales, marketing, and growth of our coworking locations. This role is the primary onsite contact for members, guests and prospects, while also assisting with lead follow-up, tours, proposals, and marketing initiatives.

The position requires excellent communication, hospitality focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and hospitality orientation.
• Reliable, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Serve as onsite point of contact for members, guests and prospects.
• Coordinate onboarding, access, bookings, mail, and meetings.
• Support marketing, lead follow-up, tours, proposals and sales process.
