Job summary

Radiant Systems Inc. in Radnor, PA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) seeks a technical architect to own Coveo platform design, tuning, and integrations with Salesforce and Contentful CMS.

You will drive enterprise search, recommendations, and ML-based relevance, while shaping governance for a composable CX stack. The role requires 5+ years in software engineering or IT architecture, with 3+ years Coveo experience and strong skills in Java, Python or Node.js, plus cloud, Kubernetes, Docker and REST API

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of software engineering or IT architecture experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Coveo experience, including Coveo Cloud or Coveo for Salesforce.
• Strong experience with B2B eCommerce search, recommendations, and personalization.
• Expertise in search relevancy tuning, AI/ML concepts, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of React.js, CSS, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Familiarity with Elasticsearch or Apache Solr is a plus.
• Front-end framework certifications are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical architect and subject matter expert for the Coveo platform.
• Design and implement enterprise search, recommendations, and personalization solutions.
• Lead Coveo integrations with CX platforms such as Salesforce and Contentful CMS.
• Configure and optimize search components, indexing, field mapping, source management, and search relevance.
• Develop and govern relevance tuning and machine learning models using QRE and Automatic Relevance Tuning.
• Design A/B testing, user behavior analysis, and search/content analytics reporting.
• Provide architectural governance for integrations within a composable CX environment.
