Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a senior Coveo Architect to act as the technical expert for Coveo within the CX ecosystem. You will design search, recommendations, and personalization strategies while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and Contentful CMS.

You will define integration patterns, govern Coveo architecture, and optimize configurations including indexing, field mapping, and sources. Strong Java/Python/Node.js, cloud, and container skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering or IT architecture experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Coveo and search tech experience.
• Proven B2B eCommerce search and recommendations experience.
• Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).

• Ensure seamless connectivity with platforms like Salesforce and Contentful CMS.
• Define and maintain integration patterns for Coveo with other CX platforms to ensure unified data flow and a consistent user experience.
• Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations within the company composable Experience Layer.
• Oversee Coveo configuration and optimization, including search components, indexing, field mapping, and source management.
• Design and govern the customization of relevance tuning and machine learning models.
• Design A/B testing and user behavior analysis, and develop reports for search and content analytics to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another relevant area.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering or IT architecture.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience with Coveo and search technologies.
• Proven experience in eCommerce search and recommendations, specifically within a B2B environment.
• Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with tools like Elasticsearch or Apache Solr.
• Professional certification in front-end framework is highly preferred.
