Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a senior Coveo Architect to act as the technical expert for Coveo within the CX ecosystem. You will design search, recommendations, and personalization strategies while ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and Contentful CMS.

You will define integration patterns, govern Coveo architecture, and optimize configurations including indexing, field mapping, and sources. Strong Java/Python/Node.js, cloud, and container skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of software engineering or IT architecture experience.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on Coveo and search tech experience.
• Proven B2B eCommerce search and recommendations experience.
• Strong background in Java, Python, or Node.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Kubernetes, Docker).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Coveo platform across the CX ecosystem.
• Design and implement search, recommendations, and personalization strategies.
• Ensure connectivity with Salesforce and Contentful CMS.
• Define and maintain Coveo integration patterns for unified data flow.
• Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations.
• Oversee Coveo configuration including indexing, field mapping, and sources.
• Govern customization of relevance tuning and ML models.
• Lead A/B testing and user behavior analysis; develop analytics reports.
