Job summary

Equiliem is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead Coveo implementations, optimize search and recommendations, and govern integrations across the customer experience stack. The role requires deep Coveo expertise, cloud proficiency, and strong software engineering fundamentals.

The ideal candidate will design scalable integration patterns with Salesforce and Contentful, ensure data quality across systems, and mentor teams in composable front‑end architectures using React.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering or IT architecture experience.
• 3+ years hands-on with Coveo and search technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, MIS, or related field.
• Experience with Coveo Cloud, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Designing search/recommendation solutions for B2B eCommerce.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, cloud platforms, and front-end tech.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, Node.js, or similar languages.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and composable front-end tech like React.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical expert and architect for the Coveo platform.
• Design and implement search, recommendations, and personalization solutions.
• Define integration patterns between Coveo and Salesforce, Contentful, and other systems.
• Ensure data consistency and unified user experiences across platforms.
• Provide architectural governance for Coveo integrations.
• Oversee Coveo configuration, indexing, and field mapping.
• Develop and tune search relevance using QRE and related Coveo features.
• Support ML models for search relevance, recommendations, and personalization.
• Design A/B tests and analyze user behavior to improve search/content.
• Produce analytics on search performance and content effectiveness.
• Offer technical insights to business/tech stakeholders and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Establish standards and best practices for integration architectures.
