The Office of the State Attorney, Harold F. Pryor's Digital Evidence Unit is seeking a Multimedia Specialist I to set up, manage and troubleshoot the SAO's audio/visual and computer systems.

You will remotely assist staff with technical issues by phone or email and support courtroom and conference room presentations. Responsibilities include configuring Windows AD user accounts, installing software/hardware, processing video/audio conversions and redactions, and providing timely technical

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital evidence or an equivalent combination of experience.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience working with graphic design, photo correction, and video editing software.
• Strong skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition CC, Adobe Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledgeable about DSLR and video camera functionality.
• Familiar with MS Windows based OS, MS productivity software, CPU/Networking hardware, TCP/IP network protocols, LAN/WAN.

Responsabilités

• Answer all staff user questions via phone call or emails in a timely fashion.
• Assist all staff to set up computers and diagnose user computer issues.
• Work with MS Windows Active Directory to create and edit user accounts.
• Offer technical support to SAO staff and troubleshoot computer, tablet and laptop related problems.
• Install and update SAO software and hardware as needed.
• Convert and redact video and audio files to ensure easy use in courtroom presentations.
• Set up equipment and provide technical support for video/audio presentations in conference rooms and during courtroom proceedings.
• Record statements in court and conference rooms.
• Troubleshoot Windows 10 issues.
• Install drivers and add hardware including printers, scanners, peripherals
