Job summary

Mohave County Courts and Probation is seeking a customer service specialist to provide user support for courtroom audio/visual devices, video conferencing, and presentation systems in assigned courtrooms. You will help judicial staff, attorneys, and jurors connect to and resolve tech issues during proceedings.

Daily checks ensure functionality of rooms and devices; you may assist in person jury operations and manage virtual participants under supervision.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or GED and two years of customer service experience; OR an Associate’s degree in computer support or related field and one year of customer service experience; OR equivalent combination.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for courtroom audio/visual devices, video conferencing systems, and presentation technologies in assigned courtrooms.
• Assist judicial staff, attorneys, and jurors in using courtroom technology and resolving issues during court proceedings.
• May manage virtual participants under judicial supervision and perform daily checks of room functionalities and tools.
