Job summary

The Oregon Judicial Department is hiring a Courtroom Clerk in Medford to support a judge in the courtroom, perform real-time data entry, and manage exhibits and orders. You will host remote sessions via Cisco Webex when needed and handle a variety of administrative duties in a high-volume environment.

You will also appear in person at offsite locations, prepare calendars, and ensure accurate documentation, while providing courteous public service to diverse individuals daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least three years in a moderately complex office or legal documents setting.
• Experience handling confidential information and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support a judge in the courtroom and manage clerical tasks.
• Perform data entry, prepare documents, and process orders.
• Operate multimedia equipment and manage filing and scanning.
