Qualifications

• Experience operating an electronic recording system in a courtroom or similar setting.
• Maintains accurate logs and records of proceedings and transcripts.
• Provides first-tier technical support for courtroom A/V systems and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintains recording equipment and runs daily checks for proper functioning.
• Acts as first point of contact for A/V technical issues in courtrooms.
• Records testimony and related proceedings using the electronic recording system; ensures accuracy of the record.
• Maintains logs of speakers and events; identifies spellings and terminology.
• Processes transcript requests and assists in generating orders as directed.
• Attends meetings and related requirements.
