Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout, ensuring at least five items per bag without damage, and following best practices for various bag types.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from baskets for checkout and offering to help customers load bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning, informing customers of specials, returning merchandise to shelves, and gathering shopping carts.
• Cleaning spills, trash collection, and maintaining store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise, understanding store layout, conducting price checks, and reinforcing safety procedures.
• Adhering to food safety regulations, inspecting equipment, and reporting repairs needed.
• Creating a welcoming environment, answering customer questions, and complying with all laws and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, with or without reasonable accommodations.
