Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and items are bagged efficiently.
2. Assist in unloading customer's merchandise from baskets.
3. Help customers load bags into their cars.
4. Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking.
5. Inform customers of specials and return merchandise to shelves.
6. Gather and return shopping carts.
7. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash collection.
8. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
9. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
10. Assist in equipment maintenance and report repairs needed.
11. Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
12. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
13. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally.
14. Act with honesty and integrity with customer and business information.
15. Support and assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
