Job Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries at checkout, ensuring contents are not damaged and items are bagged efficiently.
2. Assist customers by removing merchandise from carts and offering help with loading bags into vehicles.
3. Perform basic shelf conditioning and restocking, and inform customers of specials.
4. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning spills, collecting trash, and tidying store and parking lot areas.
5. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
6. Conduct price checks and reinforce store safety and food safety procedures.
7. Inspect equipment, report repairs, and create a welcoming environment for customers.
8. Follow all legal, safety, and company guidelines, and work cooperatively in a high-paced environment.
9. Manage conflicts professionally, act with honesty and integrity, and support customers including minors, seniors, and those with special needs.
10. Perform all essential functions of the role with or without reasonable accommodations.
