Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries at checkout, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Using best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assisting customers with merchandise removal and loading bags into cars.
• Performing shelf conditioning and informing customers of specials.
• Restocking shelves, gathering and returning shopping carts, and cleaning spills and trash inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Following safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Performing equipment inspections and repairs as needed.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and answering product questions.
• Complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict, and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
