Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries efficiently at checkout, ensuring items are not damaged and bags are filled with at least five items.
2. Assist customers by removing merchandise from carts and helping load bags into their vehicles.
3. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
4. Restock shelves, gather and return shopping carts, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
5. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with price checks and product location.
6. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
7. Maintain a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering questions.
8. Comply with all laws, regulations, and company policies.
9. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally and demonstrating honesty and integrity.
10. Support customers with special needs and minors, ensuring inclusive service.
11. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
