Key Responsibilities:

1. Bag groceries efficiently, ensuring contents are undamaged and bags are filled appropriately.
2. Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles and removing merchandise from carts.
3. Perform basic shelf conditioning and return merchandise to shelves.
4. Inform customers about grocery specials and gather shopping carts.
5. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash collection.
6. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
7. Conduct price checks and reinforce safety and food safety procedures.
8. Support a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering questions.
9. Adhere to all legal, safety, and company guidelines, including confidentiality and integrity standards.
10. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
11. Provide support to diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
