Essential Job Functions:

• Bag groceries at check out, striving for efficiency and care to prevent damage.
• Assist customers by removing merchandise from baskets and helping load bags into cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves, gather and return shopping carts, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, and conduct price checks.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment, create a welcoming environment, and assist customers with questions.
• Comply with all applicable laws and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, manage conflicts, and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
