Responsibilities include:

1. Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Following best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assisting customers with loading bags into their cars.
4. Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
5. Informing customers about grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
6. Gathering and returning shopping carts.
7. Maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
8. Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
9. Ensuring safety procedures are followed and reporting unsafe conditions.
10. Adhering to food safety regulations and conducting equipment inspections.
11. Creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with questions about products.
12. Following all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
13. Working cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, managing conflicts calmly, and acting with honesty and integrity.
14. Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
