Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers with unloading and loading groceries, including into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers about grocery specials and returning items to shelves.
• Managing shopping carts and keeping the store clean inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Adhering to safety, food safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Maintaining a welcoming environment and assisting customers with questions.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity.
• Supporting vulnerable customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
• Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
