Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow the proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in proper place on the front end and in stocking milk and eggs.
• Help customers locate products and assist cashiers in checking out efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts from parking lot and keep the work station and surrounding areas neat and clean.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms and parking lot litter-free.
• Work parcel pick-up area as directed, replace misplaced items, and collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Properly use the intercom and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Stock merchandise and assist with other duties as assigned.
