• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and the work station neat and clean.
• Assist cashiers with checkout processes to ensure efficiency.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and keep parking lot and shopping carts litter-free.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and merchandise, and help customers locate products.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms neat and clean.
• Assist in parcel pick-up area and replace misplaced items.
• Collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Properly use the intercom system and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
