• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and the parking lot litter-free.
• Help cashiers with checkout processes to ensure efficiency.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, store areas, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and merchandise; help customers locate products.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and parcel pick-up as directed.
• Replace misplaced items, collect trash, and bale boxes as needed.
• Use the intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
