• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and the work station neat and clean.
• Assist cashiers with checkout processes and help customers locate products.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and keep the parking lot litter-free.
• Assist in stocking items like milk and eggs.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, mopping, and keeping bathrooms tidy.
• Help in parcel pick-up areas and replace misplaced items.
• Use intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
