Responsibilities include:

• Providing efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Following proper packaging procedures and adhering to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Filling bag racks and unloading shopping carts for customers.
• Assisting in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and maintaining cleanliness of work areas.
• Assisting cashiers during checkout and helping customers locate products.
• Retrieving stray carts, stocking milk and eggs, and assisting with store cleanliness including sweeping, mopping, and bathroom maintenance.
• Understanding and explaining the ValuCard program and assisting with price changes using shelf tags.
• Participating in parcel pickup, replacing misplaced items, and collecting trash.
• Proper use of intercom and other duties as assigned.
