• The Courtesy Clerk at Hugo's Family Marketplace plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers by providing exceptional service, maintaining store cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks to support the efficient operation of the store.

Key Responsibilities

• Bag groceries in accordance with store policy to ensure items are packed safely and efficiently.
• Demonstrate the ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed for bagging and carrying groceries.
• Assist customers by carrying out groceries to their vehicles when requested.
• Retrieve grocery carts from the parking lot, ensuring they are available for customer use and organized according to store policy.
• Collaborate effectively in a team environment to maintain a smooth workflow and support fellow team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the store to provide a welcoming environment for customers.
• Provide friendly and courteous customer service, addressing customer needs and inquiries promptly.
• Exhibit reliability and punctuality to ensure consistent coverage and support for store operations.
